This notice explains the information Blue Dot Farms collects through its website and how we use it. It applies to movement signups, farmer suggestions, corrections, and removal requests.

Directory submissions may include farm or business information, public source links, your relationship to the operation, and optional submitter contact information. Video submissions include the video file, your name and email, and any description you provide.
We use signup information to provide Blue Dot Farms updates and understand community interests. We use directory submissions to review suggestions, contact producers, prevent duplicates, process corrections, and respond to removal requests. We review video submissions privately and may contact you about them. We do not publish or reuse a submitted video without separate permission.
Private contact details, full submitter names, mobile numbers, subscriber information, and moderation notes are not placed in the public directory. When you recommend a producer, you may separately choose to display the first name and state you provide as a small public credit if the listing is published. This choice is optional and unchecked by default. It does not publish your email or automatically publish the recommendation. You can contact us to request changes or removal of your credit.
We collect your email, ZIP code, product choices and buying preferences to show direct-buy results and understand where farms are needed. Returning submissions update your existing email record and retain request history. Opening results does not subscribe you to marketing; the optional email checkbox records a separate consent. We record anonymous gate, results and producer-link activity. We delete or anonymize inactive identifiable shopper-demand records after 24 months. Anonymous ZIP/product totals may be kept longer. Contact us below to request deletion.
Blue Dot Farms does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, communications, storage, and security, or disclosed when legally required.
You may unsubscribe from updates at any time. Producers and community members may request access, correction, or removal of information associated with a submission by contacting us.
